My Role

Financial Claims were set up to help client's claim back when Mis-Sold on the following: Mis-Sold Investment, Mis-Sold Pension, Mis-Sold Car Finance, Mis-sold Loan, Mis-Sold Mortgage, Mis-Sold Package Bank Account, Mis-Sold Secured Loan and Mis-Sold Protection.Financial claims needed a simple step by step process, which help clients reclaim on their Mis-Sold investments. The step by step process had to do the following:

  • Have a Simple, easy to use design.
  • Highlight how much the client would be entitled to, if they were successful.
  • Show a clear indication of what step the client is on and how long till they have completed the process.

My Role

My role was to create, Design and build the layout for the customer journey using a step process. My work included user journey's, wireframes, user-interaction and usability.

While creating the step by step process I had to come up with ideas to highlight how much the client was due and, show clear indicators as to what step the user was on and how long till they complete the process.

My Main Tasks
